Terms of Service

Trovea is an AI travel concierge that researches and recommends flights, accommodation and experiences and remembers your preferences to personalise future plans. Trovea is a planning and research tool. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline or accommodation provider, and bookings are made directly with the relevant third-party provider under their own terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Trovea.

You agree not to:

• use Trovea for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• upload others' personal data without a lawful basis or, where required, their consent;
• misuse the connection or invitation features to spam or harass others.

Trovea's recommendations, prices, availability, weather, safety notes and other information are generated using AI and third-party data sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always verify critical details — including prices, dates, baggage, visas, entry requirements, health and safety advice and cancellation terms — directly with the provider and official sources before booking or travelling. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service.

Where Trovea links you to a third party to complete a booking, that transaction is solely between you and that provider, subject to their terms, pricing and cancellation policies. We are not a party to those bookings and are not responsible for the third party's fulfilment, changes or refunds. We may earn referral or affiliate fees from some providers; this never changes the price you pay.

You retain ownership of the information you provide (your messages, preferences and saved trips). You grant us a licence to process it as needed to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share any information you provide about other people.

Trovea, its branding, software and the look and feel of the service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal travel planning.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trovea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost trips, missed connections, bookings, profits or data arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or from reliance on AI-generated information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using Trovea and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
